I want to introduce you to Jedidah Frederick, our Director of Operations at Mile High Ministries.

Jedidah oversees our business office and financial management, as well as facilities, IT, HR, and emergency preparedness. It’s a lot! Fortunately, Jedidah has years of executive leadership at all levels and brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Jedidah and I have been friends and colleagues for a long time, going back to her time in executive leadership at two of our long-term partner organizations: Whiz Kids and Youth for Christ. We met through our mentor, Don Reeverts, and developed a high level of mutual trust while praying for one another at an annual prayer retreat hosted for many years by Don and the Denver Leadership Foundation.

Jedidah has a deep commitment to building the best possible organizational platform to support the generosity of our donors and the effectiveness of our programs. MHM is blessed to have capable and faithful people like Jedidah on our leadership team!
