Colorado Gives
You gave $119,693 to provide Housing That Heals. We couldn’t be more pleased! This year’s $120k target was a stretch goal for us and our donors, but very needed. We came close enough to celebrate, wouldn’t you agree?
If you missed your chance and still wish to give, we still very much welcome your generous year-end giving so that we can start 2025 with the funds our supportive programs need to flourish.
Christmas Store
For the 34th year in a row, it was a fabulous and festive time for our volunteers (over 100), our resident shoppers (over 100), and their eager kids (hundreds) who now are imagining what’s in those colorfully-wrapped presents. Shaking them for clues?
Everyone came together to provide:
- Gifts—even last-wave shoppers had a big selection of all-age gifts you sent, brought, and donated for
- Volunteers—an all-smiles welcome center, hospitality room, childcare room, wrapping room, shopper’s helpers, checkout gang, parking crew, and the all-important “runners”
- An experience of dignity—moms, dads, and grandparents paid (typically with 75% discount) for gifts they could now provide for their own children
