Inspiring! One Team’s Excitement to Give

“As a company, we want to be impacting lives every day,” says Silas Hess, Sales Representative at Right Touch Painting. “One of the great ways we can do that is by supporting an amazing organization who every day—all day long and all night—is helping people. We love being able to give to Joshua Station!”

“About a year and half ago, I visited Joshua Station for dinner and didn’t know anything about it,” says Right Touch Co-Owner David Townsend. “That night was so inspiring. I truly couldn’t believe how amazing this organization is and the impact that is happening here. It was something that I wanted to be a part of in some way. I came back to my business partner, Derek Arosemena, and told him “Hey, you gotta hear about Joshua Station!”

In short order, Right Touch was beautifying our dining room and other spaces. Financial support followed. Then getting to know residents. “It’s been a beautiful experience for us,” says David.

On a recent evening at Joshua Station, the Right Touch team arrived not with paint, but with a tasty meal for our Joshua Station families. They didn’t just drop it off. Together with their own families, they settled in among our residents around the tables filling our community room. The air buzzed with laughter and conversation among kids and adults. Big cheers erupted when the weekly “Peacemaker” awards were distributed to worthy young residents for their acts of kindness and service.

“We are so inspired by your ministry!” exclaims Andrea Enochs, Right Touch Office Manager. “Your residents and staff are so full of the joy and love of Jesus, and it bursts out all over!”
