Merry Christmas to you Ashley, and your adorable and busy twins Osias and Elias who are SO excited the big day is finally here! You’ve been a great blessing and inspiration to our big family here at Joshua Station, and we’re happy to pass along a bit of that blessing to our Mile High Ministries friends and supporters.

“I’m thankful to be at Joshua Station during the pandemic because our well-being has been met,” says Joshua Station resident Gwyneth Chavez. Gwyneth and her four grandchildren, ages five to seventeen, have been part of our community for almost a year and half.
“Gwyneth is caring and a really great grandmother,” observes her Family Advocate, Rhiannon Smith. “She has really bonded with each of her grandchildren. It’s amazing how she teaches them to be proud of who they are and where they come from, no matter the judgment from others.”

“This is Jayde’s first time really on her own, and she is doing amazing at Joshua Station! She is so eager to thrive that she seeks out guidance, sounding boards, and support as she considers her choices. She is an involved and devoted mom – weighing not only benefits for herself, but how any given decision will impact the experiences and lives of her children and others. Jayde expresses gratitude and humility, using her strengths and gifts to build a strong foundation for her family.”
Jayde and her two very bright sons Joseph and Adam made their holiday sign together, as an encouragement to all of us “family” at Joshua Station. She truly IS a blessing here, and continually makes life better for all of us.
