Director of Programs
The Director of Programs designs and manages programs that implement the mission, vision and values of Mile High Ministries—reflecting the known best practices of place-based community development, homeless services, poverty alleviation, clinical social work, mental health programming, affordable housing, and faith-based urban ministry.
Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for creating and implementing the fundraising plan and strategies that unleash and support the generosity of our donors. As a member of the executive team, this person mobilizes our fundraising team for a high level of productivity with practices that reflect the mission, vision, and values of MHM.
Bilingual Therapist
The Bilingual Therapist will provide mental health support to residents of Joshua Station while being an active member of the Joshua Station team. Prioritizing our Spanish-speaking residents, this therapist will provide services to individuals (adult and child), families, and groups and collaborate with OT/speech/outside therapists as needed.
MHM is both a spiritual community and a non-profit organization.
As a non-profit organization, we put our ideals into action through best practices of supportive housing, community building, trauma healing, educational support, professional development, fundraising, financial transparency, city-wide collaboration, and more.
As a spiritual community, we pursue practices that encourage personal transformation and lifestyles of generosity, peace, and self-emptying love. “Act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God” (Micah 6:8). Staff members participate in the spiritual life of Mile High Ministries, and they must be eager and able to integrate our mission, vision, and values both personally and professionally.
Our Commitment
Mile High Ministries is committed to practicing diversity, equity, and inclusion as an organization—embedded throughout everything we do. We welcome employment candidates who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and people of all genders.
