Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for the operational strategies (business, human resources, facilities, technology, etc) that undergird our work of Housing That Heals. This is a team leadership position, supervising and supporting our operations staff and our relationship with contractors and vendors.
Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for creating and implementing the fundraising plan and strategies that unleash and support the generosity of our donors. As a member of the executive team, this person mobilizes our fundraising team for a high level of productivity with practices that reflect the mission, vision, and values of MHM.
MHM is both a spiritual community and a non-profit organization.
As a non-profit organization, we put our ideals into action through best practices of supportive housing, community building, trauma healing, educational support, professional development, fundraising, financial transparency, city-wide collaboration, and more.
